I am a singing beaver.
Justin is my name.
I have travelled near and far.
That’s my claim to fame.

Adventure is my passion.
My sweet tooth is renowned.
I’ll take up any challenge.
My tales will astound.

  1. ooooo I’m such a BIG fan of Justin Beaver πŸ˜‰

  2. Thanks! πŸ™‚

  3. Margie

A German Beaver – I incorrectly assumed you are a Canadian beaver!

    • Margie I haven’t been mistaken for a Canadian before! I come from Alpspitze in the Bavarian Alps. That’s where I learned to yodel!

  4. Justin has his own site!!! How wonderful V and I were JUST talking about starting a site “Find Kalev” How funny! We are totally reading each others’ minds. This is a bit scary!!! But funny! I love Justin Beaver!

  5. I thought he was wearing lederhosen…

  6. Lee

I’ve been checking out the Adventures of Justin Beaver and having a quiet chuckle for almost an hour now! I can only imagine the humorous encounters while photographing and amusement of fellow travellers when Justin emerges for the next photo opportunity! Great way to break the ice with other tourists…….or maybe chase those without a sense of humour away!! Great selection process I’d say! One must be very choosy about companions while travelling.
What I couldn’t find we’re the photos from the river cruise that fellow traveller, Carol, mentioned. I look forward to seeing those Justin.

  7. Thank you Lee. I’m glad you’re enjoying my tales. I find that other travellers are very keen to meet me and have their photographs taken. They can’t resist my charming smile. If you look here https://theadventuresofjustinbeaver.wordpress.com/2012/06/23/row-row-row-your-boat/ you can read about my adventures on the river cruise.

  8. It’s so nice to read all about your adventures now that I’ve actually met you in person! It was a pleasure sharing a (german) beer with you in Singapore and I look forward to seeing your photos from the trip. You do get around! Cath

    • Thanks Cath. When I am home again I will add you to my “Famous People Who Have Met Me” photo album. JB

  9. A beaver that yodels? That’s epic. πŸ˜€

    • Yodelling is just one of my talents JG! I do come from the Bavarian Alps you know, yodelling is essential. JB

      • I’d like to see you and the other Justin have a yodeling contest, haha! Great blog! πŸ™‚

        • Thanks. I don’t like to sound immodest but I think I’d win!

          • Indeed, you would!

  10. What fun! Justin Beaver and I do have at least one thing in common: a sweet tooth! I will follow his travels and be inspired.

    • Debbie, you will be able to follow and read about all my delicious treats without consuming a single calorie! Thanks. JB

  11. Hello Justin, how nice to meet you. You are exceedingly well travelled! I must introduce you one day to your Belgian cousins. They have recently moved here from Germany. I must say that compared to you they are a dreary bunch! They don’t climb trees or dress up or go to Disneyland; just swim and gnaw at trees! I think they need to read your blog and experience a little of your ‘joie de vivre’!

    • Welcome Denzil. I’ve heard there are a lot of beavers who do very little. They must lead very boring lives. I can’t imagine being satisfied with chewing on trees when there are so many cakes in the world!
